This is Gizmo...He's a mogwai, an impish little fellow from that 80s movie, The Gremlins.
I always thought he was so SUPER cute and wanted one all for myself.
As it turns out there were a few Key Rules that came along with him on Christmas eve....
Rule # 1: Avoid Bright Lights !
Rule # 2: Don't feed them after Midnight !
Rule # 3: Don't ever get them wet !
Okay so what happens then??
Bright lights make him scared and freak out...
If hes fed after midnight he spawns into Spike....
and if they get wet.....
They multiply into more mogwais'
Ok so where am I going with all this???
I am pleased to announce our new family addition, Gizmo!!!
here he is!! He was born February 3rd, 2011
He is 7 weeks old and So cute....
He is so curious and loves us already! My hubby brought him home around St. Pattys Day from work. As it turns out, he has a friend who had a small litter of pups and his friend is moving where he cannot have dogs, so he gave him to us.
Right away I knew his name was Gizmo, or lil Gizzy
He is part Pug, Chihuahua, and Border Collie mix~
A Chugollie ?? if that makes sense. lol
Congrats on your new family member! I know how wonderful and happy to live with a dog, although it requires some labor and money. Well but the happiness is way more than that. ^_^
